Pricing
What a website actually costs
Every number, up front. A custom website is $1,200, $2,200, or $3,200 depending on how many pages you need. Hosting and content updates are $75 a month after launch. Payment plans are on the table, and you get the real number before you commit to anything.
The three packages
Pick by how much site your business needs. I'll tell you plainly which one fits, and the price never moves after we agree on it.

Not sure which fits? That's a five minute phone call, and if a website isn't the right thing for you right now, I'll say so.
In every package, no matter what
None of this is an add-on and none of it shows up later as a surprise line item.
- Built around your business, not a template with your logo dropped into it
- Built for a phone screen first, then scaled up
- Clear rounds of feedback: you tell me what's off and I change it
- You own it. Once your final invoice is paid, the site and everything in it belongs to you
After launch
$75 a month, and you never touch a backend
Hosting, security monitoring, and content updates through the year. Your site is custom built, so there's no clunky backend for you to wrestle with and nothing for you to maintain. When you need something changed, a price, a new service, a photo of the new truck, you tell me and I handle it.
Right now your first three months are $55 each instead of $75, which keeps $60 in your pocket. Limited time. Mention #neighbor20 when you reach out and it's yours.
How the money part goes
- 1. We talk, and you get the real number for your build. Not a range, a number.
- 2. Half due at signing, half due at launch. If you need more room than that, tell me and we'll work something out.
- 3. The site goes live in one to four weeks, and the care plan starts at launch, not before.
