The Story Behind Melsmark
Creative Design Rooted in Real Business Experience
Melsmark is a solo creative studio founded by Mel, a Minnesota-based artist and designer with a background most designers simply don't have.
Before starting Melsmark, Mel spent about ten years in help desk and technical support, then another decade managing a custom home building, real estate, and land development operation in Minnesota.
That mix of technical fluency and real-world business experience shows up in every project. When Melsmark builds a website for a local contractor, it's built by someone who knows how a contractor's business actually runs. When we design a plat map for a developer, we understand what a buyer needs to see at a glance. When we create a home rendering for a builder, we know what actually sells homes.
Today, Melsmark serves small businesses across the Twin Cities metro and beyond, with creative services priced for what real small businesses can afford.
