I'm Mel- the founder, artist, and strategist behind Melsmark. With a deep love for both architectural art and smart marketing, I've built Melsmark to serve builders and agents who want more than just visuals-they want results.

I've always found joy in helping people see what’s possible. With years of experience in real estate and design, I noticed a gap—builders and homeowners were relying on flat, uninspiring tools to showcase beautiful ideas. I created Melsmark to change that. Today, every render and every marketing concept is a blend of technical skill, creativity, and heart—all crafted by me,
with your success in mind.
The Heart Behind The Brand
When I’m not bringing dream homes to life with my realistic home renderings,
I love traveling with my partner, Brandon, and spending time with my 11-year-old daughter, Addison. Addison is an incredible young artist, and we share a passion for painting and creating together. We live in East Bethel, close to my wonderful parents, who play an important role in our lives. Family, creativity, and exploration are at the heart of everything I do.
